United Way of Pierce County is the Principal Combined Fund Organization (PCFO) for the CFC of South Puget Sound.

The PCFO is the charitable organization selected by the Local Federal Coordinating Committee (LFCC) to administer the
local campaign. The PCFO operates under the direction
and control of the LFCC.

 

Honors & Recognition

The Local Federal Coordination Committee (LFCC) will recongize and thank donors for their generosity with the following incentives:

Eagle Club

Donors contributing $1,200 and above will receive the Eagle & Flag desk statue and a personalized thank you certificate from the Commanding General I Corps and JBLM.

Eagle Certificate

Mt. Rainier Giver

Donors contributing $600 to $1,199 will receive a CFC South Puget Sound Challenge Coin and a personalized thank you certificate from the Commanding General I Corps and JBLM.

Community Partnership Award

Military Unit Awards (NEW)

Military units that achieve extraordinary levels of participation will be recognized with a commemorative plaque to recognize the fact they went above and beyond the call of duty. The plaques are given at the Brigade or Group level. They will also be given to stand-alone Battalions or squadrons, and to Garrison MSC equivalents at these levels:

Platinum Unit Award: 85% participation
Gold Unit Award: 70% participation
Silver Unit Award: 60% participation
Bronze Unit Award: 50% participatio
